Delivery Timing

Saturday and Sunday delivery options are not available for orders. Customized items require 1-3 days for creation depending on your order and you will receive an email following dispatch. Please allow 1-2 days for delivery in Ireland and for International delivery 3-5 days (depending on your delivery location). Dolls and toys require 1-3 days for packing. Our aim is to dispatch promptly as possible. They will be delivered with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 days after dispatched for delivery in Ireland and for International delivery 3-5 days (depending on your delivery location) Shipping costs vary based on the product and your location. For precise delivery pricing, please refer to the checkout page. Some products may include shipping costs in the total amount.

Return Policy

Return

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted customers will be liable for the return postage costs. We advise you to use a tracked, insured service, as you are responsible for the Goods until we receive them.
